Roha4885 Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use the VibeVote mobile application ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect information to provide a personalized "Vibe" diagnosis and to ensure a secure user environment.

• Account Information: When you sign up via Social Login (Apple, Google, etc.), we may collect your email address, nickname, and profile picture to identify you and provide customer support.
• Demographic Data: Birth year and gender may be collected to generate customized relationship reports and statistical analysis.
• Unique Identifiers: Phone numbers or device IDs may be used for account verification, preventing duplicate registrations, and blocking abusive users.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

In principle, your personal information is deleted immediately upon account withdrawal.

• Account Deletion: Users can request deletion via [My Page] > [Settings] > [Delete Account]. Upon deletion, your profile and matching data are permanently erased.
• Legal Exceptions: Certain records (e.g., payment history, dispute resolution) may be retained for 3 to 5 years as required by applicable laws (e.g., Electronic Commerce Act).

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

VibeVote is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

4. Child Sexual Abuse Imagery (CSAI) & Exploitation Policy

We have a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Imagery (CSAI) and exploitation.

• Prohibited Content: Sharing, promoting, or attempting to engage in any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
• Monitoring: We use AI-based filtering and manual reporting systems to monitor for illegal content.
• Reporting & Legal Action: Accounts violating this policy will be permanently banned without warning. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies (e.g., NCMEC) to report criminal activity.
